This week Simon held assembly and talked to the children about the Golden Rules, especially our listening rule. 1st and 2nd class were this week’s best listeners and got 5 extra minutes of Golden Time. Gillian told all the children about a new initiative starting Monday where all the children will be running 1km everyday. We’re calling it the “daily K” and we’re looking forward to starting it every small break. We’ve calculated that 7 laps of our middle yard is around 1 kilometre and hopefully everyone will join in. We even featured on the Ray Darcy show yesterday so we really have to do it! We also had our Golden Book winner and our students of the week. Well done, everyone!
