Change Consent Options

If you wish to change your consent options from when you enrolled in the school, or if you wish for any of your data including images, video, media, etc. to be removed from any of the services we publish to, please fill out this form.

- My child's image to be recorded for the purposes of being shared on the school's website, social media channels and all print media
- I agree to follow the school's Behaviour Policy
- I agree to follow the school's Anti-Bullying Policy
- My child can take part in the school's RSE programme
- My child can go on short trips organised by the class teacher inside of school time
Please untick any of the options that you no longer wish to give your consent. Please note that by removing your consent for some of these options may affect your child's enrollment, for example: all families must consent to the Behaviour Policy of the school. Dates are recorded for removal of consent and the school reserves the right to have up to 1 working month to update its records. If consent is removed, any previous data uploaded will have to be requested for removal through the fields below.
