The boys and girls in Michael’s and Emer’s classes welcomed two firefighters from Carlow Fire Station this morning. The firemen spoke to the children about fire safety and how to protect the home and school from fire risks. The children saw a firefighter’s uniform, a smoke alarm and lots of other resources. Thanks to Carlow Fire Station for giving us their time this morning.
